So finally through last year I started to recover fully from the throat and tongue cancer that I had in 2018. Suffice to say my treatment has worked and the NHS was utterly brilliant throughout!
It is now properly Onwards and Upwards!
The latter part of 2019 was working again on Miss World. A joyful experience and you will find some videos on my video page!
Miss World 2019 - Our beautiful Top 5 - with Toni-Ann Singh centre.
Toni-Ann Singh can really SING, by the way. She won the Talent part of Miss World and we recorded I Have Nothing at Abbey Road after the live final as a Charity download for Beauty With A Purpose - which is the charity arm of Miss World.
The future is very bright for Toni-Ann!
We also went to Abbey Road with 10 of our girls and a further 10 children from Babette Langford's 'The Young Set' to record The World In Union which was used in the Live Final as an expression of unity and looking forward.
2020 starts for me in February when I conduct the 50th anniversary concert celebrating Bridge Over Troubled Water at The London Palladium! You can check it out here!
